Notes

1. UK VAT is charged if applicable.
2. For countries in the EC VAT regime, the VAT is charged at 0% if an EC VAT Number is supplied.
3. Each ship/yacht will be supplied with 1 set of CD-ROMs (DVD-ROM for Professional version) and Internet access.
4. For the ship/yacht to comply with the requirements of the Carriage of Nautical publications regulations it must carry the CD-ROM for Standard or Premium versions and DVD-ROM for the Professional version.
5. The CD-ROM or DVD-ROM will be updated at intervals not exceeding 2 months.
6. A Certificate of subscription together with the approval from the Flag Administration will be supplied to each ship.
